UPDATE TO RESERVATION POLICY
Today, we are updating our reservation policy to provide our customers the most flexibility we can offer during these challenging times. Generally speaking, for clients with existing reservations, we will allow one (1) change of date without a rescheduling charge up to 24 hours prior to their event, as long as the change or cancellation is made by April 30, 2020. For clients making new reservations between March 15 and April 30, 2020, we will allow one (1) change of date without a charge up to 24 hours prior to their event, if that change of date or cancellation is made as a direct result of a declared state or national emergency, such as the current coronavirus response. Please note that the decision to allow rescheduling of an event is always made solely at AFE’s discretion.
