Awesome Entertainment LLC is the place for party experts.  

 

We create, produce or supply equipment for more than 2,400 AWESOME events, parties and celebrations every year. 

Our clients are located across Ohio and in surrounding states.

Here's a list of positions at Awesome Entertainment currently waiting for the arrival of an awesome Team Member:

Fulfillment Team Member


Ensures client orders are accurately assembled, efficiently delivered and set up and successfully retrieved — all within assigned time parameters.
Periodically may be asked to take on Route Leader responsibilities as the point person for deliveries and pickups.
Represents Awesome Entertainment in the community and ensures client needs are fully met. Performs a final check that clients are satisfied with Awesome Entertainment services.

Is friendly and outgoing and creates an awesome experience.
Directly supervised by Route Leader in the field and by Director of Warehouse and Logistics generally.
Full-time - Permanent - Hourly
Part-time - Seasonal - Hourly




Sales Planner


Represents Awesome Entertainment professionally and with enthusiasm in the community, promoting the Company and securing client bookings.

Communicates professionally with current and potential clients. Coordinates with Will Call, Warehouse and Scheduling personnel as needed to satisfy client needs and deadlines.

Utilizes Company programs, databases and programs to accurately and efficiently record and track client bookings and events.
Directly supervised by the Director of Sales.

Full-time - Permanent - Hourly




Clean Team


Ensures the professional appearance and quality of Awesome Entertainment equipment and facility. Cleans equipment, facility and delivery vehicles to the specifications and as instructed by the Maintenance and Facility Managers.

Directly supervised by the Director of Warehouse and Logistics.

Part-time - Seasonal - Hourly
Morning to mid-afternoon hours




Route Scheduler


Creates client delivery and pickup schedules and posts them consistently by the date and time required. Schedules staff accordingly. Works under the supervision of the Director of Warehouse and Logistics and at the direction of the Chief Officer of Awesome/CEO.

Directly supervised by Director of Warehouse and Logistics.

Full-time - Permanent - Hourly




Vice President


Works with Chief Officer of Awesome/CEO to shape and maintain long-term vision, goals and objectives for Awesome Entertainment. Identifies and works with CEO to seize opportunities to strengthen and grow the long-term viability of the company.

Supervises Directors and Managers in their efforts to continually improve performance within their departments, effectively manages challenges and improves quality in client services.

Focus of this postion is delivery of the highest quality services to Awesome Entertainment clients. Directly supervised by Chief Officer of Awesome/CEO.

Full-time - Permanent - Salaried




Receptionist


Greets visitors to Awesome Entertainment premises and connects them to designated employee(s). Answers Awesome Entertainment general telephone line and directs calls to appropriate employee or department.

Helps with office duties, sales tasks and other administrative work as needed. Directly supervised by Director of Business Operations.
Part-time - Permanent - Hourly




Event Crew


Be our awesome ingredient in events.
Help set up, tear down and/or operate the event.

-Supervise amusements, games and concessions
-Have patients, love children and interacting with people
-Provide professional level customer service




Character Actor


Performs in character on behalf of Awesome Entertainment. Provides awesome client experiences that enhance events and activities.
Ensures the highest quality of client service in performance and character.

Shoud enjoy being around families and wearing costumes.
Must be willing to work weekends and on as needed basis.

Directly supervised by Fairy Godmother/Talent Manager.

Independent Contractors - Hourly/Per Gig




Entertainer/Act


We are always seeking for awesome talent in and around Ohio.

Children Entertainers - Stilt Walkers - Performance Models

Tent Manager


Manages the correct loading, unloading, repair, maintenance and storage of tents, tables, chairs and other hard goods

Represents Awesome Entertainment in the community and ensures client needs are fully met. Performs a final check that clients are satisfied with AFE hard goods services.

Is friendly and outgoing and creates an awesome experience.
Works under the supervision of the Director of Warehouse and Logistics.
Full-time - Permanent - Hourly
