With that in mind, we would like to take the time to address concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the steps we’re taking to continue our focus on keeping you and your guests happy, safe and healthy.
We’re closely monitoring the situation and following guidance from public health officials and government agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization, so we can make ongoing assessments and stay in constant communication with our team members to provide information and guidance as developments unfold.
The cleanliness of our equipment is always a top priority for us, and now, in addition to our regular cleaning procedures, we will be giving extra attention to this process. If you find that your event or party needs to be rescheduled or canceled due to the current situation, we will be treating these requests under our weather rescheduling policy.
