How many people can comfortably fit at a round table?
A 60 inch Round Tables seat 6-8 people.
A 48 inch Round Tables seat 4-5 people.
How many people can sit at a traditional rectangular table?
An 8 foot Table seats up to 8 people.
A 6 foot Table seats up to 6 people.
How many people can I accommodate under a High Peak Tent?
A 20X20 High Peak Tent can fit 40-50 people for a sit-down dinner or around 67 people for a stand up social.
A 10X20 High Peak Tent can fit 20-24 people for sit down dinner or around 35 people for a stand up social.

How many chairs should I have at my event?
For an Open House style event, at any given time, you should always plan to have 1/3 of your guests sitting. So if you have 100 people, you should have at a minimum of 33 chairs. And that is an absolute minimum.
If you are having a sit-down dinner you need to have chairs for every person.
How many people will actually come to my event?
That’s a great question. Typically 70%-85% will show up to a graduation party. However it heavily also depends on your guest list, time of year, etc. It is always important to ask for an RSVP on your invitation for your open house/party to ensure you have enough seating, as well as food and drink.
