Looking for the perfect stage setup for your next event or party? Our portable staging rentals are ideal for graduation ceremonies, corporate meetings, press conferences, social events, video productions, grand opening events, ribbon-cutting ceremonies, weddings, proms, and private parties.
 

Our stages are built using durable 4' x 4' panels making them versatile and customizable for almost any occasion.
 

With adjustable legs from 24 inches to 40 inches, our staging can be tailored to the height your event requires. We also offer full-service production options, including sound, lighting, and AV support, ensuring your event looks and feels professional.


Surfaces for Setup

Our staging can be installed on most hard, flat surfaces, including:

  • Concrete

  • Blacktop

  • Tile

  • Hardwood

  • Non-padded carpet (thin carpet and padding are usually fine)


⚠️ Please Note: We do not set up on gravel, mulch or dirt.


Flexible Sizing

Stage sizes can be reduced at the time of installation if needed. For example, a 20' x 20' stage can be adjusted down to 16' x 20'. (No credits are given for unused stage portions.)

Stage Rental Pricing
(Drop-off & Setup)
4 × 4 stage section: $200 per section
4 × 8 stage section: $400 per section
Skirt around the stage: $20 per 4 × 4 section
Setup fee: $25 per 4 × 4 section (or $50 per 4 × 8 section)
Steps: $75 per set

Note:
This pricing covers drop-off and setup only. No on-site representative is included during the event.
Additional charges may apply depending on event specifics.

Holiday Pricing:
An All-Day Rental or Holiday Fee may be added for July 4th weekend, Memorial Day, Labor Day, New Year's Eve or other high-demand dates.
