Party under a Pole Tent!
Our traditional Pole Tents rely on interior poles to support the pitch. For this reason, our Pole Tents must be staked into level ground and are always erected with 1 or more interior poles.
Again, Pole Tents must be staked into grass, so they are not suitable for hard surface set ups such as on driveways, streets, blacktop, patios, decks, etc. For hard surface set ups, consider our Frame Tents.
Our White Top Pole Tent comes in 3 sizes:

Transport: Delivery/Retrieval
Dimensions: 20' x 20', 20' x 30' or 20' x 40'
Please add an extra 4 ft. to the size of your tent for straps, stakes and/or blocks.
And when calculating how many tables will fit under a tent, don't forget to add space for seating around the tables!
Please specify during the reservation process if your event will require the addition of tent side panels. Some panels have windows and some are without, you cannot choose. Panels do not roll up.
IMPORTANT INFO:
When renting a tent, it must be on a flat surface and properly anchored to the ground.
Tents cannot be set up under utility lines.
TENT POLES MUST BE ANCHORED WITH STAKES so your temporary shelter won't shift or blow away during your celebration.
When your tent rental requires staking to the ground, the area must be free of any underground utility lines such as water, power and sprinkler systems. For utilities, please call 811 and ask them to mark off your underground utility lines before your tent delivery. And don't forget to mark off any sprinkler systems in the space where the tent will be set up.
FOR DELIVERY:
Have access gates, doors or entryways unlocked prior to our arrival.
If indoor delivery, please make sure the middle bar is removed from all double doors prior to our arrival (if applicable).
OUTDOOR USE:
Grass should be mowed at least 2 days prior, not day of or night before delivery or set up.
Shut off all sprinkler systems while you have your rental(s).
Clean up any dog or animal droppings prior to our arrival.
We may refuse to set up or drop off if there is a mess.
The set up area should be flat and at least 10 feet away from pools and bodies of water.
Our equipment must be folded, deflated, covered or otherwise secured during heavy rains and winds that exceed 15 miles per hour.
EQUIPMENT CONDITION:
No Silly String, sand or confetti in or around the equipment.
Avoid cleaning fees by wiping down the equipment prior to our retrieval.
