How To: Prep & Plan For Your Tent Rental

The second thumbnail displays a How To Video on General Tips -- please watch!

IMPORTANT INFO:

When renting a tent, it must be installed on a flat surface and properly anchored to the ground.

Tents cannot be set up under utility lines, low-hanging tree branches, structural overhangs or hanging lights. Best not to set up under trees at all.

Tent rentals include either stakes or concrete blocks, depending on your site, event needs and tent requirements, so that your temporary shelter won’t shift or blow away during your celebration. Pole tents must be staked for safety, so they cannot be set up on hard surfaces.

You need at least 4 feet more space on all sides for a tent to properly fit and be accessible.

When your tent rental calls for staking equipment into the ground, that area must be free of any underground utility lines such as water, power or sprinkler systems. Please call 811 and ask them to mark off your underground utility lines BEFORE your tent delivery. And don't forget to mark off your sprinkler systems in the space where the tent will be set up.

Please specify whether you will need tent side panels when you place your order. Some panels have windows and some do not; you cannot choose. Side panels do NOT roll up when installed.
