We generally CANNOT:

Go up or down flights of stairs with rental items
Go up or down steep hills with rental items
Lift rental items over fences or bushes
Set up rental items in gravel or dirt

And not all of our items fit in elevators, stairways or doorways! Pay attention to your item's dimensions, which can be found in the Logistics section of its description on our website.

Avoid These 8 Mistakes for a Smooth Indoor Party Rental Setup

1. Underestimating Space Requirements
Not measuring the area properly can lead to setting up inflatables or other equipment in spaces that are too small, creating safety hazards or blocking walkways and exits. Failure to ensure enough space may result in the equipment being unusable. No refunds or credits will be issued just because equipment isn't used.

2. Ignoring Ceiling Height
Failing to check the ceiling height where you want to use rental equipment can result in tall inflatables or other items not fitting properly. This could mean potentially damaging light fixtures, ceiling fans or other overhead objects. If the equipment cannot be safely set up due to height restrictions, additional charges may apply, and no refunds or credits will be given.

3. Not Considering Power Needs
Overloading electrical circuits or failing to provide sufficient outlets within 50 feet of the setup location may lead to power outages or equipment failure. Be sure to use separate circuits for multiple items. If the power supply is inadequate, the equipment may not work, and there will be no refunds or credits.

4. Overlooking Entrance Sizes
Forgetting to check door sizes may prevent larger inflatables or equipment from passing through, causing setup delays or requiring last-minute adjustments. If the equipment cannot be moved through entrances, additional fees may be incurred. Again, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused equipment.

5. Neglecting Safety Clearances
Setting up bounce houses or other rentals too close to walls, sharp objects or fire exits can create safety risks for guests and may interfere with emergency access. If safety clearances aren't followed, the equipment may not be usable, and no refunds or credits will be provided.

6. Not Having Access to the Venue
If the venue is locked or inaccessible at the scheduled setup time, it may result in additional waiting fees, extra charges for a return trip or even returning your rental items to the warehouse. At the very least, your event may be delayed. No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.

7. Forgetting to Plan for Setup and Teardown Time
Not allowing enough time for setup and teardown can lead to rushed or incomplete installations, impacting the safety and functionality of the equipment. Plan ahead and allocate extra time, as indoor setups can take longer than expected. If extra time is needed due to poor planning, additional fees may apply, and no refunds or credits will be given for late set ups.

8. Neglecting to Provide Clear Setup Instructions
Failing to inform your event planner of obstacles like stairs, tight corners or small elevators can make it difficult to transport and set up larger rentals. If access issues arise and prevent a proper setup, additional charges may be incurred, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
