Lollipop Lyra
A freestanding platform with a pole in the center and an aerial hoop (called a lyra) set on top of the pole, making it look like a lollipop. Can be set up indoors or outdoors.
Freestanding A-Frame
A portable, four-legged, freestanding A-frame from which an aerial apparatus can hang (trapeze, aerial hoop, aerial silks, etc). Can be set up indoors or outdoors.
Venue Rigging
Some aerial apparatus may be attached directly to a ceiling. Please call us to arrange a venue assessment to see if this setup is right for your event.
Consider pushing the limits of excitement even further with coordinated or customized costumes, accessories or holiday apparatus decor, LED (lighted) adornments, Aerial Chandelier or other custom rigging options (where possible).

AERIAL PERFORMANCE RATES:
Lollipop Lyra Apparatus Performance:
$999 for up to 1 hour (1 performer)
$600 for up to 1 additional hour (1 performer)
Lollipop rigging usually $200 to $600
Performance Assistant $75-$95 per hour
(2-3 sets of 8-12 minutes per hour)
Freestanding A-Frame Apparatus Performance:
$1,499 for up to 1 hour
$699 for up to 1 additional hour
A frame rigging usually $300 to $700
Performance Assistant $75-$95 per hour
Typical Aerial Beverage Service is 2-3 sets of 8-12 minutes per hour. Performance is not included, unless ordered at additional cost.
Typical Performance Act includes two 15-20-minute sets or three 10-12 minute sets per hour, depending on the layout and schedule of the event. Beverage Service is not included, unless ordered at additional cost.
Our Aerial Rig is a portable, four-legged, freestanding A-frame from which an aerial hoop apparatus can hang (trapeze, aerial hoop, aerial silks, etc).
Venue Rigged Apparatus:
$699 for up to 1 hour, PLUS rigging fees
Rigging fees range from $1000 to $4500, depending on the venue.
Call to arrange a venue assessment to determine the possibility and cost of rigging an aerial apparatus directly from the ceiling.
Typical Performance Act includes two 15-20-minute sets or three 10-12 minute sets per hour
Availability and Fees:
Displayed rates are general guidelines reflecting the greater Columbus, Ohio area. A reasonable distance fee may be added if a local entertainer cannot be booked for your event.
Your unique situation or special request may cause a price adjustment. Last minute or rush bookings are subject to a service charge.
A Holiday Fee may be added for July 4th weekend, Memorial Day, Labor Day, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, Easter or other high-demand dates. Ask your AE planner for details.
