Tent Rental Package #2

(1) 20 x 30 High Peak Tent
(8) 48-inch Round Tables
(3) 6-foot Buffet Tables (use as food tables, gift tables or guest seating and eating)
(40) Standard White Folding Chairs

Tent set up on GRASS with stakes
$880 for a 1-day rental
$1,329 for a 2-day rental ($373 Savings)

Tent set up on HARD SURFACE using large concrete blocks
$ 1,108 for a 1-day consecutive rental
$ 1,529 for a 2-day consecutive rental ($629 Savings)
 

Tent Rental Package #2 includes:

• Flexible (type) delivery and retrieval
• Local delivery and retrieval 
• Set up and tear down of tent ONLY
• Chairs and tables delivered for set up and tear down by you, the renter

NOTE:

• A 1-day rental equals up to 8 hours OR a time frame provided by the renter within an 8-hour period.
• No other promotions or discounts apply on AFE rental packages.
• Payment in full is required at the time a rental package is reserved.
• Rental packages cannot be modified, but items may be added, depending on availability and timing.
• Rental package deal pricing is not available for "same day" delivery or retrieval services.
• Client must ask for rental package pricing at the time of booking.
• Tax, additional fees and/or other conditions may apply.
