The health and safety of our events has always been our highest priority since 1996.
 

We will closely monitor guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and our local health officials. We will continue to rely on their recommendations and expertise to inform our decisions and policies.

COVID-19 POLICIES

We’re closely monitoring the situation and following guidance from public health officials and government agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization, so we can make ongoing assessments and stay in constant communication with our team members to provide information and guidance as developments unfold.

CLEANING AND SANITIZING PROCESS 

For over 20 years, Awesome Entertainment has made the health, safety, and well-being of our clients and their party/event guests its priority. This will not change with the coronavirus.
 

With that in mind, we would like to take the time to address concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the steps we’re taking to continue our focus on keeping you and your guests happy, safe and healthy.

 

Every piece of equipment leaving our warehouse has been cleaned and sanitized, delivered by AFE Team Members trained in our health and safety protocols that include mask wearing, safe distancing, temperature checks and frequent hand washing. At a client’s request, an inflatable may even be lightly sanitized, again, when it arrives.

Character costumes are sanitized, inside and out, before and after each client visit, and our new protocols call for “no contact,” safely distanced visits and performances. 

Our masked face painters and henna artists now create masterpieces on hands and arms, and guests enjoy seeing the artwork emerge.

 

After client use, all AFE equipment returning to our warehouse is placed in designated areas. Concession machines are cleaned thoroughly, re-shelved and covered until they are rented again. Tables, chairs, tents, tablecloths and other hard goods are completely cleaned and sanitized before being returned to our shelves. 

 

Inflatable rides are unrolled and cleaned inside and out by our specially trained Clean Team. In addition to our range of regular spray cleaners that remove dirt and scuff marks, new protocols have prompted us to add cleaning agents specifically for their antiseptic, anti-bacterial properties. Once scrubbed clean, each inflatable is allowed to dry before it’s rolled tightly and returned to the warehouse shelves to wait, untouched, until it’s delivered again.

CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID-19

If you find that your event or party needs to be rescheduled or canceled due to the COVID-19 situation, we will be treating these requests under our weather rescheduling policy.
