Contractor Payment Request

By submitting a payment request, you are agreeing to all current terms and conditions of our independent contractor agreement.

 

Any payments owed to you by AFE usually will be processed within 2-3 weeks after A.E. receives both payment from the client and your payment request. 
Usually 2-3 Thursdays after you submit the payment request.

 

You are considered an independent contractor and you are therefore responsible for your own income taxes, insurance and other legal obligations.

 

All business generated from AFE gigs must be channeled through AE. for scheduling, pricing, contracting, etc. When performing at events for AF., only hand out AE.’s business cards and promote AFE.

You agree to our non-compete clause and non-solicitation of our clients or future clients.

See Travel Pay Chart

If your rate did not include travel pay, (and AFE new this prior),  if your pay was a flat fee that did not reflect the travel rate, (and AFE new this prior), or you are not in the same county or nearby county, then you may request travel pay in addition to your performance pay. All travel pay is subjected to manager determination. Double billing/wrongfully billing for travel pay,  may cause weeks of delay in processing your payment request!
