Before calling in or starting a quote, it is best to have the following info:

Date, Event Hours, Event Address, Amount of Guests, Purpose/Themed Of The Party/Event, General Set Up Area, 

Have a general idea of which attractions, services or items in mind. An AFE rep can guide you through a variety of options

Keep a date in mind, but don’t narrow yourself down to just one day, be prepare for items not being available on certain dates. Best to plan as far in advance as possible. 



The venue details are very impronant to ensure the equipment or services you are ordering is a right fight, here is the following we will need to know about your venue:

Will the event be held inside or outside?

How accessible is the venue, any time restrictions for delivery or set up, or any times the items must be removed by?
Where is the Eletric Access? Where is is the Water Accesss?

Height Limitations such as, ceilings, trees, power lines and other structures 

Space Limatations, we my items or services fit with in this space? Are there any obstructions as poles, trees, holes, lumps

What surface type requirement for my rental equipment?

If Indoor, will my items fit through the doors?
How will the items be secured for safety and operations? Staked, Sandbagged, Large concrete blocks
