Henna application:
Once the area is clean and you and the henna artist are seated comfortably, the henna artist will begin applying the henna paste directly onto your skin.

Allow the paste to dry:
Once the design is applied, the henna should be kept on the skin until it is fully dry. The time it takes will vary from person to person depending on your body temperature.

Removing the paste:
The paste when dry should naturally flake away, however you can gentle rub the hardened paste with your fingers to remove the last remaining areas. Once the paste is removed, another 6-12 hours without contact with water is recommended. Water will speed up the demise of the stain.

Colour and longevity:
A deep colour may last up to two or three weeks however, the colouration tends to vary from person to person, and the henna will start to fade after 5 days and its speed of demise will depend on how well you look after the stain.
